Weekly Video Lessons & Activities

Each week contains a short educational component on the topic of the week with step-by-step video tutorials & an activity for growth and practice.

Live Group Sessions

Sometimes the best way to learn and grow is with others. Group calls allow for connection with those on a similar journey, as well as your coach. They are for feedback, further exploration and support.

Email or text support for any questions you have as you move through the 10-week program.

One Student/Parent Onboarding Call

A 15 minute welcome call where you will meet your coach and get all needed information to successfully start the program.

Each week’s module features a brief video lecture along with supplementary materials to deepen your understanding and facilitate learning.

PART 1

MODULE 1: MINDSET    

What is mindset and why is it important? Mindset is significant in shaping your perspective of the world, including self-perception. Discover how Mindset impacts your interactions with others and your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

MODULE 2: AWARENESS  

Did you know? Only 10-15% of individuals meet the criteria for self-awareness in studies! This week is aimed aimed at uncovering aspects of yourself that may be unknown.

 

MODULE 3: SETTING AN INTENTION & GOAL

Learn how intentions support your goals. Understand that while goals guide your aspirations, intentions enrich the journey and offer valuable insights, regardless of the outcome.

MODULE 4: IDENTIFYING LIMITING BELIEFS

Our favorite module! Discover how your inner critic can hinder your progress—telling you that you can’t succeed, don’t deserve success, or will inevitably fail. Learn how fear and anxiety can confine you within your comfort zone, limiting your potential and stifling your development.

PART 2

MODULE 5: DEEPENING SELF-AWARENESS  

Did you feel like Part 1 just started to scratch the surface of some newfound awareness?  

Remember, 95% of our actions are driven by subconscious programs, and we can’t change what we aren’t aware of! Join us as we continue to uncover and understand these deeper layers of self-awareness, paving the way for personal growth and transformation.

MODULE 6: FINDING YOUR INNER VOICE

Discovering and listening to your inner voice is essential for living a purposeful and authentic life. When we act in alignment with our values, intentions, and life’s purpose (all learned in Part 1), we enhance our overall well-being. Conversely, when we stray from this path, we may experience anxiety, depression, and a sense of unfulfillment. In this module, we will guide you on a journey to find and strengthen your inner voice. 

MODULE 7:  CREATING A CONSCIOUS PLAN

Integrate the insights and tools you’ve gained throughout this 8-week journey. Building on your newfound awareness and inner voice, we’ll guide you in developing a personalized strategy that supports your ongoing development, ensuring that you continue to thrive and grow.

MODULE 8: OVERCOMING OBSTACLES

Now that you have begun implementing changes with a conscious plan, the next step is ensuring you stay on track when encountering obstacles. We’ll provide strategies and tools to help you navigate challenges and maintain your momentum. You’ll learn how to identify potential pitfalls, manage setbacks effectively, and stay aligned with your values and goals. By preparing for obstacles in advance, you can continue your journey of growth and transformation with confidence and resilience.

 

What is Coaching?

A mindset coach will help your child identify the blocks and behaviors that stop them from being the best version of themself. Through goal setting and self-exploration, we help them to identify what is blocking them from achieving their goal.

What can coaching help with?

Coaching can help with stress, motivation, confidence, peer issues, family relationships, communication, school work, and many other teen issues.
