When people develop self-awareness, they are able to implement coping strategies based on logic rather than raw emotion. Self-awareness arms you with the information needed to make informed choices and gain broader perspective on your own behaviors.​

Walking through life without a clear sense of purpose can be isolating. When you are able to identify a sense of purpose, it grounds you, gives meaning to your life and activates motivation.​

Through reflective exercises that encourage self-exploration, individuals will become self-aware and be able to identify their purpose. You will develop a skill set that allows you to create an authentic life rather than passively following those around you. You will be able to find your voice and speak your truth.

Mindshift is perfect place to find peace and strength in your life

Jessica and Laura

When Jessica and Laura came together two years ago to launch Mindshift, they were able to merge their education and experiences in social work, mental health counseling, life coaching, education and college planning to create custom coaching programs that give individuals the tools to develop self-awareness, communication, responsibility, advocacy and coping skills so they can calm their anxiety and develop confidence.
